I saw a house on realtor.com which I liked and Hayden Riley was the listing agent. I contacted him to arrange an appointment to see it and several other properties. During the visits I really appreciated that he was very laid back and not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about the local area. It was so pleasant to deal with an agent that wasn't in a hurry to make me buy just any house. Once I decided on a house he made the buying process so easy. I am a teacher so it is very difficult to get away from school and the school year had just began. Hayden arranged the initial inspection and was present with the inspector. The house was not finished on time and he arranged for a second inspection to make sure it was completed prior to the closing. This was my first house purchase and he helped me understand all of the issues for the closing. Hayden did everything possible to make this transaction effortless and I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.
